The process of generation and degeneration implicit in nature, construction and deconstruction, day and night, are some of the opposites through which we understand the act of creation. This project deals with the concept of nature as it existed in the ancient times, made of plants and green fields, where the human being was a part of this scene, coexisting in harmony. On the other side, there is the contemporary idea of nature, made of skyscrapers, highways and other similar human constructions, where the human being has a different appearance than before, in a way as a reflection of these new urban surroundings. This video-installation presents these two sides of nature, the organic nature: «nothing is finished» by Hyun Ju Song, and the human nature: «everything has an end» by Viviana Alcalde.
